Treatments for depression can include:
  • Therapy
  • medication
  • Self-helping and coping e.g exercising, writing , painting....basically just things that specific person is passionate about.
What is highly recommended is therapy and medication, society has a huge opinion on medication, people thing they will be too depended on them but that is not the case, some people just need that extra push to keep them going not everyone can handle the mental illness and the struggles that come with it.
