Signs of depression and helping mechanisms.

  Photo by:  https://www.sydneytms.com.au/signs-of-depression Symptoms of depression can vary from  mild to server this symptoms can include: Feeling sad or having a depressed mood Loss of interest or pleasure in activities once enjoyed Changes in appetite — weight loss or gain unrelated to dieting Trouble sleeping or sleeping too much Loss of energy or increased fatigue Increase in purposeless physical activity (e.g., inability to sit still, pacing, handwringing) or slowed movements or speech (these actions must be severe enough to be observable by others) Feeling worthless or guilty Difficulty thinking, concentrating or making decisions Thoughts of death or suicide This are some symptoms of clinical depression, these are hard to miss meaning sometimes its very easy to see if someone is suffering from this metal illness. When people think of the depression the word melancholy comes to mind which means sadness ,but in actual fact depression is not being sad. depression (major depressive disorder) is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act. Fortunately, it is also treatable. This mental illness causes feelings of sadness and/or a loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed. Not many people understand depression so picture you being in a room full of people and you are screaming for help but no one seems to notice or care, That is how people with depression feel on a daily.
